The action of high frequency-radiation (from 30 up to 300 GHz) on the state of deep integrated temperature dynamics of patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of a coxofemoral joint is investigated.
It is shown, that the optimum time of irradiation in all groups of the patients makes 15 minutes. This course of treatment is expedient. The improvement of microcirculation is achieved at irradiation by electromagnetic waves with the distributed enough homogeneous spectrum at a frequency range from 53,57 to 78,33 GHz (the spectrum such as "white noise"), that is confirmed by the radiothermal research data.
The purpose of the research is to study the influence of EHF-radiation on the processes of microcirculation of patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of a coxofemoral joint. The devices of microwave resonant therapy such as "Amfit - 0,2/10-01" and "Port-1" with non-thermal intensity of radiation were used.
The points of influence such as representative acupunctural points of a coxofemoral joint were chosen.
The tasks:
1. To estimate the influence of various exposition of irradiation on the dynamics of temperature gradient in the field of the joint of interest.
2. To compare the efficiency of the devices mentioned above on a state of microcirculation in the coxofemoral joint.
This paper confirms the influence of superweak kind of radiation of non-thermal intensity (heating of fabrics does not exceed 0,1 °C); the density of the capacity flow for a mm-range is less than 10mW/cm2. Hence, they do not render powerful action. MM-waves can be attributed to the external information factors of influence on an organism [I].
Microcirculation was estimated with the data of deep integrated radiothermometry. The device RT-17, providing the measurement accuracy of O,l°C, with the range of the temperature measured from 29 to 35°C at the depth from 2 to 6 cm under the surface of skin was used.
With processing the statistical data studying the influence of the device "Amfit-0,2/10-01" on microcirculation in representative acupunctural points of a coxofemoral joint the authentic positive dynamics of a deep integrated temperature gradient is registered at the point of large twirled projection with the probability of 99%.
Authentic changes in the dynamics of a temperature gradient with irradiation of acupunctural points by the device "Port-1" are not revealed.
As to duration of EHF-influence on a state of microcirculation, it is possible to state, that authentic positive dynamics (P=0,99) in the area of a coxofemoral joint is fixed at an exposition of not less than 15 minutes, whereas at an exposition of 10 minutes authentic dynamics is absent [2].
From the results obtained it is possible to make the following conclusions:
1. Under the influence of EHF-radiation there is an alignment of a gradient of deep integrated temperature of right and left legs, which is proved to be true by the data of radiothermal research.
2. Authentic positive dynamics of a deep integrated temperature gradient was registered at an exposition of radiation for not less than 15 minutes, which is confirmed by the radiothermal control.
3. The medical effect (improvement of microcirculation) is achieved with the influence of EHF-therapy in noise spectrum of radiation on acupunctural points of a coxofemoral joint.
